Appointment Service


BOSS offers a great appointment service where we strive to represent your business in a professional manner, scheduling appointments into an online based Google Calendar. Each call will be answered with your professional, personalised greeting.


With this service, general enquires can be taken and appointments can be scheduled into an online diary which you have access to anywhere, anytime. As our diary is web-based it is real-time which allows changes to the diary to be automatically updated, therefore no double ups will ever occur.


SMS and email notifications can be arranged for change of appointments if required. BOSS can also follow up with customers or send a reminder SMS for appointments at an extra cost.

Our call centre operates 8:30am-7:00pm Monday – Friday (eastern time) and outside of these hours the phones will divert back to a nominated number of your choice. No call will ever be missed during our office hours.

Price

 

Lite Plan
We have a lite plan available for small companies with minimum numbers of calls and appointments.

 

Our lite appointment service costs $55.00 inc. GST per month (minimum monthly fee). This will include 12 scheduled appointments. Once you have reached your 12 appointments you will be charged $2.20 inc. GST an appointment thereafter. The lite plan consists of having us schedule the appointments into the Google Calendar instantly which is free for us to set up. We are able to send reminder SMS message at $0.15 per SMS.

 

Standard Plan

We have a standard plan available for larger, more established companies that experience higher volumes of calls and appointments.

 

Our standard appointment service costs $165.00 inc. GST per month (minimum monthly fee). This will include 20 scheduled appointments. Once you have reached your 20 appointments you will be charged $2.00 inc GST an appointment thereafter. The standard plan also includes the world no. 1 CRM system “Salesforce.com”. You will be given a portal licence and will have your database saved to your account. This gives you access to all your customer information. Sales reports are also available.
