B.O.S.S was created and developed by the owners and operators of one of Australia’s most successful franchising companies, Chem-Dry.

 

Chem-Dry operates 200 franchises Australia wide and has been operating now for 25 years. They are the most successful company in their industry by more than double the size of their nearest competitor. Chem-Dry has also competed with and succeeded against such power names like Grace Bros/Myer and Harvey Norman, both of which have now excited the industry.

 

B.O.S.S was originally conceived after Chem-Dry, realizing that their franchisees were very successful at what they did, carpet and upholstery cleaning but lacked skills and focus when it came to managing their phones, lead conversion, data base, marketing and business management. By providing an outsourcing service to their franchisees it allowed them to focus on what they do best and let B.O.S.S take care of the rest. What was surprising was not only did it help increase sales but it had several unexpected benefits, such as being more productive, higher job averages and more professional interaction with clients .
